Rule 73
Work, Duties and Powers of the Educational Manpower Development Council
The work, duties and powers of the Educational Manpower Development Council shall be as follows:-
(a) Determining policies related to educational manpower development to enhance the efficiency of teachers, employees under the Ministry and people working in the education-related community,
(B) Formulating the curriculum to be implemented in relation to educational manpower development (c) To determine the recognition and equivalence of training given by various institutions in relation to educational manpower development (d) Formulating and implementing plans related to educational manpower development (e) To do the necessary work in coordination with domestic and foreign organizations that provide training and education in relation to educational manpower development,
(f) Granting approval to organizations conducting pre-service teacher training programs,
(G) Forming sub-committees as needed to carry out work related to educational manpower development.
